Meet Tommy: Santa Cruz Team Member

Tommy-Santa Cruz: Tommy struggled with his sobriety, but not alone, his Case Manager helped enrolled him in an addiction treatment center. While he was busy overcoming his addiction, our Case Managers were busy applying for housing vouchers. Once Tommy would be finished with rehab, he would have his own place. After three months of rehab and six years of being homeless, Tommy got a set of keys. He was sober, and he was home.
